Force For The Good!
“Just bought the Realrides Force DVD from the set and will be back for others. Right from the start with the Benchmark Threshold Test you feel that your training will be structured and not hit and miss as it can be when you go it alone. It's easy to follow and allows you to structure your own program from the various set scenes. Even after just a few days I can feel a difference and can't wait to get out on the open roads.”

Essential training for cyclists
“Once again realrides puts out another great training tool for serious riders. The multiple camera point of view and dashboard graphix makes for an engaging experience.”

Force
“I am halfway through the dvd and have already noticed a significant difference to my climbing and strength on road rides. I find Robbie Ventura to be very motivating and the music keeps you pushing hard the whole way through the training session. It has also had the added benefit of correcting an imbalance in my leg strengths which I could just not seem to fix on road rides. I can’t wait to try the next dvd in the series.”

Surprised!
“Easy to follow steps and the ability to custom your workout! What more could you want? It's not only a motivator, but you have total control over which sections you do/don't do and you progress over a certain number of weeks; i.e. you don't just watch the same performance over and over. And, you get to turn the music off, which is a must if you don't like miscellaneous euro-trance.”

“Bought this with the wind trainer and it's been my first experience with both. Bloody hard but been beneficial. Already feeling a bit stronger while on the road.”

Motivation
“Very, very good to keep you motivated... it would be even better if you could afford a Power meter set up, but nevertheless if you have a heart rate monitor the dvd is of enormous value in keeping the pedals turning. I would recommend buying one.”

have a go if you think you’re hard enough
“Hard, hard, hard if you do it right (rpe of 10 should be just off puking!!!). 8 weeks of really good programs, with the ability to customize if short on time.”

Great results, more variety wouldn't hurt
“These are very effective. The structure is great and having all the on-screen information allows you to push yourself in the right directions.”

Great leg Work
“"The single leg drills and ramp drill and sprints have helped me increase my base cadence from 75 or so to 90 and my power is up too. Even tho I think I’m a pretty accomplished cyclist already, Robbie is a great teacher and I’ve learned a lot.””

Winter trainer
“Great dvd that works really well with the Cycleops trainer. With the eight week plan this should get me ready for the early 2010 sportives. Would really recommend this dvd to anyone with a turbo trainer who is looking for some great indoor fitness training.”

A winter must
“Having never used a training DVD I was interested if it would spice up my winter training. I found Robbie Ventura very motivating and hasn't become annoying yet! He even recommends you turn the sound off if he is getting annoying and use your own music and follow the comprehensive on screen display. He tells you what gear ratio he's using, cadence, etc. so you can test yourself against him, especially in the personal benchmark threshold test.”

New spin on training
“Have 2 of the DVD's from the range and they help alleviate the boredom of training. They motivate me most of the time and the training techniques are nothing new but use existing tried and tested methods. I really like these DVD's and the camera work and dashboard information is very useful.”

Good training dvd
“I just love this dvd. If you're into using a trainer then this dvd will be a valuable bonus. It gives you a fantastic workout, and really, really pushes you. I used this video to help me prepare for a Lands end to John O Groats ride, and it worked perfectly. One massive unexpected bonus is this video has helped my hill climbing in a big way. So if you're struggling climbing, get it, use it for a couple of months and you'll have no problems climbing again.”

For long rainy days...
“Find some motivation while training on your trainer. Trying to follow Robbie Ventura and his mates on some serious climbs. Very realistic videos, nice specific workouts (45 min to 1h+). Although I still prefer a hard ride outside with friends…”
